Warranty
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To qualify for this limited warranty, products must be purchased from authorized FlexiSpot
retailers or resellers. For any warranty service requests, please provide the original order
number or proof of purchase and ensure that the product is within the warranty period.
What is Covered?
FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Desk Frames
All height adjustable desks purchased on or after April 1, 2022 include a limited, non-transferable
warranty. We hereby cover all FlexiSpot height adjustable desks for a period of:
15 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and
electrical components of
FlexiSpot Standing Desk E7 Series
10 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and
electrical components of
FlexiSpot Standing Desk E2
FlexiSpot Standing Desk E5
5 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and
electrical components of all other height adjustable desk except for E2, E5, E7, and E8.
Desktop
All Bamboo desktops purchased on or after April 1, 2022, include a 5-year warranty.
All Chipboard, Fiberboard, Solid wood and Solid wood texture desktops purchased on or after October
5, 2016, include a 2-year warranty.
FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations
FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desk Converters have a 5-year warranty for the frame and desktop. And a 3-year
warranty for the gas spring system and other mechanisms.
Desk Bikes
All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016, include a 1-year warranty.
Chairs
The warranty periods for different models of FlexiSpot chairs vary, and there are also differences
in the warranty durations for individual chair components (ranging from 3 to 10 years). You can find
specific information in the product description.
Adjustable bed frame
All FlexiSpot adjustable bed frame purchased on or after November 2, 2021, include a 10-year
warranty for the frame, 5-year warranty for the motor, and 2-year warranty for the adapter, remote
and control box.
Monitor Mounts
All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016, include a 3-year warranty for the arms,
gas spring system, and mechanisms.
Walking Pads
At FlexiSpot, we stand by the quality and durability of our walking pads. Our products come with the
following warranty periods to ensure your investment is protected:
WPS01 and WPS02 (2-in-1 Walking Pad): 2-year warranty.
WPM03 (Auto Incline Walking Pad): 2-year warranty.
WPM02 (Under-desk Walking Pad): 1-year warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover
damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. To claim your warranty,
please retain your proof of purchase and contact FlexiSpot's customer service for further
assistance.
Luggage
We offer a 3-year warranty for quality-related issues. During the warranty period, we will provide
replacement parts or repair parts as necessary.

Please note that the warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused
by misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.

Mattress
1. The following defects are covered:
Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one- and one-half
inches (1.5”) that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from the use of an
improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base. Normal wear requires that a mattress be
continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame
enough to support the collective weight of the mattress and any user(s).
Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to evidence degradation, split, or crack,
despite normal usage and proper handling.
Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the mattress cover.
2. This mattress warranty does not cover:
Any mattress that has had the cover removed for any reason. (Removing the mattress cover will void
this warranty.)
Any damage to the mattress due to environmental causes.
Any mattress which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidents, or used in violation of
instructions, including but not limited to instructions to place the mattress on a proper bed frame.
A normal increase in softness of the pressure-relieving foam which does not affect the
pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
Comfort preferences.
Non-compliance with the repair process.
Defects caused by physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material of the mattress,
including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
Mattresses sold “as is,” “preconditioned,” “reconditioned,” “used,” “returned,” “previously owned,”
or any other similar wording indicating that the mattress is not “new” or of “first quality,” or has
previously been purchased or used by another consumer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Bed Frame
1. What the warranty covers:
This warranty covers any breakage of or defects in the wooden frame, including the slats. Any
breakage must occur while the item is in normal bedroom use. The frame must be assembled correctly.
FlexiSpot will repair or replace, at our discretion, damaged or defective items that are covered by
this warranty.
2. What the warranty does not cover:
Normal bowing or arching of the wooden slats which can occur during normal use.
Damage caused by improper assembly of the bed frame.
Personal comfort or style preferences.
Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to
accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, stains,
or soiling.
Non-compliance of care instructions or failure to perform any preventive maintenance.
Preferences for height of bed or fitting of mattress.
Any squeaking noises made by the bed frame.
Damage resulting from the relocation of the bed frame within or from the original residential
address.
Replacement of any non-defective pieces of the bed frame. (Only defective pieces will be replaced.)
Item sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
Item sold “as is,” “preconditioned,” “reconditioned,” “used,” “comfort return,” “returned,”
“previously owned,” or any other similar wording indicating that the item is not “new” or of “first
quality,” or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
Sauna
1. Warranty Period
Sauna pod structure (including wood and glass): 5 years.
Heaters and other electronic components: 1 year.
Heaters and other electronic components: 1 year.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered under the warranty:
Natural disasters: Such as fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
Normal characteristics of wood: Cracks on the surface of wood are a normal characteristic of wood.
Customer negligence or improper use: Including failure to follow installation and storage instructions or damage caused during use.
Alterations or modifications: Unauthorized changes to the item or repairs made without prior approval.
Improper cleaning: Damage caused by the use of varnish, paint, or abrasive cleaners to clean the infrared sauna.
Natural disasters: Such as fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
Normal characteristics of wood: Cracks on the surface of wood are a normal characteristic of wood.
Customer negligence or improper use: Including failure to follow installation and storage instructions or damage caused during use.
Alterations or modifications: Unauthorized changes to the item or repairs made without prior approval.
Improper cleaning: Damage caused by the use of varnish, paint, or abrasive cleaners to clean the infrared sauna.
3. Warranty Process
Repair/Replacement: If the item is found to have a defect after inspection, FlexiSpot will, at its
discretion, offer to repair the item, replace the item, or issue a refund. If the same item is no
longer available, FlexiSpot will provide a replacement of equal value to the original item purchased
to ensure a fair resolution for the customer.
4. Effective Date of Warranty
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid throughout the warranty period.
Please note that the original warranty period cannot be extended by any repairs, replacements, or
refunds taking place during the warranty period.
Pergola
1. Warranty Period
Pergola structure (including cross arms, square crossbars, rollers, and other supporting parts): 10
years.
Frame coating (Paint finish): 5 years, covering issues such as peeling, bubbling, or flaking of the coating.
Gear mechanism (Manual mode): 5 years, covering gear mechanism failure. Motor (Electric mode): 5 years, covering motor failure.
Sun Shades: 5 years, covering failure under normal usage conditions.
Frame coating (Paint finish): 5 years, covering issues such as peeling, bubbling, or flaking of the coating.

Natural disasters: Such as fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
Customer negligence or improper use: Including failure to follow installation and storage instructions or damage caused during use.
Excessive load: For example, placing excessive weight on the pergola structure beyond its rated capacity.
Alterations or modifications: Unauthorized changes to the item or repairs made without prior approval.

Damage caused by power supply: Item malfunction due to improper operation of circuit or voltage, etc.

1. Warranty Period
Two-year warranty: If your eligible item is deemed defective due to defective parts, workmanship, or
construction within the first 2 years of purchase, we will replace or repair it at no charge to you.
On-site labor repair is free of charge for the first year, and labor charges are applicable for the
second year. All parts will be provided by FlexiSpot at no cost. This warranty is effective from the
date of purchase and is valid throughout the warranty period. Please note that the original warranty
period cannot be extended by any repairs, replacements, or refunds taking place during the warranty
period.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty is not transferable and does not cover any damage or loss caused by:
Use in a commercial or corporate environment; failure to follow operating instructions; electrical
interference and power surges; dropping the item, including but not limited to the remote control;
damage caused by improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to
environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquakes, tornadoes, fires,
and floods); loss of use during item repair; item purchased from an unauthorized dealer; alteration
or modification from the original condition; theft; negligence; unauthorized repairs; power failure.
Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Fabric fading, wear, and pilling do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Failure of
attachment points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers does not constitute a defect under this
warranty.
In no event shall FlexiSpot or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or
incidental damages (including lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, medical
treatment, etc.), even if either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranty is valid only within the contiguous 48 states of the United States, provided that the item
has been used in accordance with the included instructions. All warranties begin on the date of
purchase. FlexiSpot will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts within a
reasonable timeframe.
By purchasing this item, you agree to these terms. No liability is assumed for any items damaged
and/or lost en route to the designated address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed
and resolved with the designated carrier.

This item comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects caused by
materials or workmanship.
The warranty applies to:
Defects in the tent's main structure.
Defects in accessories or components.
Exclusions from Warranty
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages (e.g., scratches, fading).
Damage caused by improper installation, use, or storage.
Damage caused by severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
Damages caused by improper cleaning methods.
Warranty Services
Repair or replacement of defective parts at FlexiSpot’s discretion.
Coverage Exceptions
Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation,
improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines
relating to the product’s intended use.
*Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or
any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
Replacement of Defective Products
FlexiSpot will replace (at no charge to you) the defective parts on any of our products when the
defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material.
If FlexiSpot is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be
completed promptly, FlexiSpot may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of
the product.
Shipping Cost of Replacement
In the rare event that your FlexiSpot product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement
item shipped at no cost to you within the continental United States.
We use FedEx Ground to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you pay the
additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside
the continental United States, you must pay the shipping costs.
How to File a Claim?

We use FedEx Ground to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you pay the
additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration
of this warranty. Flexispot shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or
consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, resulting from any
breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if
FlexiSpot has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow
limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of special,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply
to you.
Governing Law & State Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any
conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
