What I'm Hoping to Buy from FlexiSpot on Cyber Monday

10 November 2021

As early as now, everyone, consumer or retailer, is already prepping for Black Friday. But aside from arguably one of the most anticipated sales every year, there is another major sale just right behind it.

As we all know, Thanksgiving 2021 will fall on the 25th of November; the Friday after that which is the 26th this year is Black Friday; and the Monday after that, the 29th this year, is what we have all come to know as Cyber Monday. It was in 2005 when the term was coined by the National Retail Federation (NRF) when online shopping sales were soaring.

Well, e-commerce has long been alive even before that but it gained more traction during the early 2000s when smartphones were on the rise and it was easier than ever to add to cart and checkout. At that time, brick-and-mortar stores benefit a lot from Black Friday every year so online stores were also clamoring for a holiday sale of similar standing. The NRF decided to make Cyber Monday a thing for shoppers to direct their attention solely in online shopping, extending the sale weekend in effect.

People might think that Cyber Monday just constitutes the sale of items that weren’t sold out on Black Friday. Sale trend followers would beg to differ. According to trends for the past couple of years, retailers have put out separate sales for both and both major sales have always had big turnouts every year. In 2020, when people mostly spent their time at home, there were more online shoppers since it was what people could do freely at the moment. Needless to say, Cyber Monday is already a calendar event that people look forward to every year.

October is almost over so we’re already preparing our wallets for this major calendar sales event next month. I personally have gadgets, clothes, shoes, and yes, furniture on my list. I’ve been working at home for quite some time now so I can’t wait to finally invest in ergonomic furniture that my workmates have been raving about. So here’s a list of FlexiSpot items that I wish will be on sale come Cyber Monday.

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Sewing Table ES9W

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Sewing Table ES9W

I’ve always wanted a table that I could also use for my sewing hobby. I have bookmarked this item for the longest time in FlexiSpot’s catalog and I can’t wait to hopefully get my hands on one. It has a height programmable control panel that’s easy to adjust the table’s height, making me more excited to share it with my family as well.

What I find extra great with the ES9W is that the sewing platform may be adjusted separately. It comes with a knob that allows the user to lower or raise the workbench up or down five steps. Its weight capacity is up to 26 lbs, just enough to carry the weight of an average electric sewing machine.

The workspace is also very spacious because aside from the sewing machine platform, I could add a detachable side table that measures 9” by 24,” adding to the already 43” by 24” table where the sewing platform is attached.

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Drafting Table

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Drafting Table

This is another table I wish would be on a major discount this coming Cyber Monday. Flexispot’s electric adjustable drafting table is perfect for those who create drafting and painting projects, aka me! Sitting takes away creative energy in a way so I’m hoping this drafting table will help me stay inspired and energized. I could easily switch from standing to sitting positions with just one press of a button. Its height programmable control panel is equipped with up and down and four memory buttons.

The tabletop is tiltable within 0° to 40° to cater to different tasks such as working, writing, reading, and drawing. As with other Flexispot products, this also comes with a safety ledge stopper to prevent devices and other desk essentials from sliding off the table surface. I also like the fact that this drafting table has an expandable desktop that may be used for an extra 9.8” space and can be folded when there is less space in the work area. It also comes with a spacious integrated pull-out drawer for storage space that will surely keep my belongings out of sight and make sure my desk is free from clutter.

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Whiteboard Standing Desk

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Whiteboard Standing Desk

If you haven’t noticed yet, I like creating ideas and executing them so my heart literally skipped a beat when I saw this standing desk from FlexiSpot a while back. It promises to capture one’s ideas at any time. Its main feature is a flip tabletop that can also function as a dry-erase board. The whiteboard desktop is spacious with 48” x 24” dimensions. It’s 0.7 thick and is made of PET high-gloss film which makes the surface smooth and durable. It’s easy to write down notes with a dry-erase marker and to wipe it away with a dry fabric or eraser.

The desk can be flipped and angled at five positions, (0/60/70/80/90°). I do lots of things in a day so I may lock it in my desired angle and ease into the activity for the day, whether it be writing, reading, or drawing. Of course, I also love that it can be moved around the room of any floor surface because of its four easy-rolling caster wheels. It can be locked into place once I’ve chosen where I want to settle for the day.

 Sit2Go 2-in-1 fitness chair

FlexiSpot Desk Bikes

People have always been raving about FlexiSpot’s desk bikes but I still have yet to buy one. FlexiSpot’s Sit2Go 2-in-1 fitness chair and All-in-one desk bike have similar features: a height-adjustable seat and a supportive seat cushion. They also both have a calorie tracker and a whistle-friendly pedaling system. The difference is that the SIT2GO has a breathable mesh backrest not seen in the All-in-one Desk bike or the V9 pro. The latter has a spacious desktop attached to the chair while the former has none.

Under Desk Bike V9U

The Under Desk Bike V9U is the all-in-one desk bike without the spacious desktop attached. It has rolling caster wheels so that the bike can be easily moved around the workspace. Maybe if I get tired of pedaling, I can just grab another chair and set aside the bike chair in a corner.

Now, who’s excited for Cyber Monday?
