We ordered 2 of these recliners and are very pleased with them. The only downside is that the cord on the heat/massage controller is too short to place through the side loop on the chair. If placed through the loop for easy access, you cannot pull it close enough to operate the control buttons. The cord needs to be longer. Otherwise - great chairs...Read More
