1. Free Cancellation
- Within 24 hours and before shipment: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the product has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

2. Refund Timeline
- Within 30 days of delivery: You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and does not affect resale.
- RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from FlexiSpot's Customer Service Department (contact@flexispot.com). No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA.

3. Return Fees
- Restocking Fee: Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

- Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If the item is not returned in the required condition, a $30 repackaging fee will be charged, which may affect the refund amount.

5. Exchange and Return Processing Time
- If you request an exchange, a new item will be shipped after the return product is received and processed, depending on stock availability. If you request a return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 days after the returned product is inspected, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.

- Free Replacement: If a product is defective within 30 days, you can request a free replacement. After 30 days, returns and exchanges will be processed according to our warranty policy.
- Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to a defective product, FlexiSpot will cover the return shipping costs.

FlexiSpot's Lift Recliners offer five fabric choices:

The sofa filling is made of Sponge and Polypropylene Cotton, ensuring both

The recliner is primarily constructed of Wood and Iron, providing a sturdy and

4. Is the sofa safety certified?
Yes, the recliner complies with California 93120 Phase 2 and
40CFR 770 TSCA Title VIregulations for formaldehyde, ensuring it meets
stringent safety standards.
5. How to measure the space to ensure the sofa fits properly?
- First, note the recliner's dimensions when fully retracted and fully extended, including length, width, height, and the required distance from the wall. These details can be found on the product page.
- Measure the area where you plan to place the sofa to ensure sufficient space for both retracted and extended positions.
- Ensure there is adequate clearance around the sofa for easy passage.
- We also suggest you to consider the proximity of power outlets to the sofa.
6. Which size is suitable for my height?
- XL6 Classic: Medium fits 5'3''-5'8'', Large fits 5'8''-6'0'', and Extra Large fits 6'0''-6'3''.
- XL6 Cloud: Fits 5'2''-5'9''.
- XL6 Pro: Fits 5'2''-5'9''.
7. How to clean different fabric materials?
- Performed Chenille, Normal Chenille, Normal Fabric: For daily cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth. For deep cleaning, use a mild detergent and avoid excessive rubbing.
- Breathable Leather, Genuine Leather: Daily cleaning can be done with a clean, damp cloth. For deep cleaning, use a specialized leather cleaner.
8. What is the weight capacity of the recliner?
- XL6 Classic: Maximum weight capacity of medium is 400 lbs; Large and extra large is 440 lbs.
- XL6 Cloud and XL6 Pro: Maximum weight capacity is 440 lbs.
9. Does the recliner come with a backup battery?
No, the XL6 series lift reclienr operates solely via a wired power connection
and does not include a backup battery. FlexiSpot does not currently offer a backup battery with
the recliner.
10. Will the filling sag over time?
Generally, the filling will not sag. If slight surface indentations occur after prolonged use,
firmly patting the area can help restore its shape.
11. Should I cut the cable ties securing the wires to the iron frame during assembly?
It is not recommended
to cut the cable ties. They are in place to prevent the wires from being crushed during sofa
use, which could lead to functional issues.
