Rugs in case the Rug mildly shrinks after drying (shrinkage).

Lay Out the Rug Pads
Follow the numbers carefully on your desired rug size to confirm the position of the pads.
Align the interlocking teeth of each piece and press them gently until they fit flush. Apply slight pressure if needed.

Machine Washing Tip
Please remove the rug from the rug pad before washing and select the
appropriate washing machine based on the rug size shown on the
right.
Machine wash the rug in cold water, with the pattern facing out.
Do not use use bleach or fabric softeners.

Please note: These washer size requirements apply to front-load and
top-load machines with agitators. For top-load machines without
agitators, reduce the minimum size by 0.4 Cu. Ft.
Drying Tip
We strongly recommend hanging the rug outside to dry. (It usually
takes 1-2 days for your FlexiSpot Rug to air dry.) If hanging is not
possible,dry on low heat.
Vacuum Cleaning Tip
Vacuum on the lowest setting and avoid using industrial vacuums with
brushes. Be careful not to vacuum the edgjes of the rug.
Rug Pad Cleaning Tips
Daily Cleaning
If it is just a little stain or dust, our rug pads support local
spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with soapy water for spot cleaning
or a low vacuum cleaner to clean.
Overall Cleaning
Do not machine wash the floor mat. Please hand-wash them,towel dry
the rug pad and hang them outside to dry.
Rug Gripper Cleaning Tips
Daily Cleaning
Just rinse it with water and place them outside to dry before
reusing them.Make sure rug grippers do not go into the washing
machine.
Reusable
Our rug grippers are reusable and can be washed multiple times while
still retaining their stickiness.

About Our FlexiSpot Rugs
Q1: Can a FlexiSpot washable rug be used without rug pads or with a
different rug pad?
No. Our standard FlexiSpot rugs must be used with rug pads. The rug pad
makes a FlexiSpot non-slip and keeps everything in place.
Our rug pad gives the rug a more cushioned, plusher feel while also helping
with noise absorption.
Q2: Can the FlexiSpot rug system be used on carpeted floors or on the
stairs？
No. A FlexiSpot rug is not designed for use on carpeted floors or on the
stairs.Our rug system provides the best grip on flat,
hard surface. Carpets can reduce its effectiveness, so it's not recommended
for use on carpeted floors.
Q3: Why is my rug pad smaller than the rug cover?
The rug is made of soft, low-pile polyester chenille that prevents pet claws
from snagging and reduces dust and pet hair buildup.
Its dual-layer design allows for easy cleaning. The thermoplastic resin rug
pad protects against pet damage and can be wiped clean with soap and water.
Q4: Will the rug pad damage or discolor my floor?
The rug pad is latex-free and made of thermoplastic resin. For caution, it’s
recommended to check with the floor manufacturer to ensure compatibility.
Additionally, it’s advised to regularly clean under the rug pad to prevent
moisture and other substances from damaging the floor. After cleaning,
allow the floor to dry completely before placing the pad back. Avoid using
on high-temperature or damp floors. Please not: Any type of
flooring underlay may cause discoloration if left in direct sunlight for
extended periods.
Q5: Can a FlexiSpot rug be used underneath rolling furniture or chairs?
It is possible but not recommended, as the rug pad provides cushioning,
making it unsuitable for use underneath.

We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US for most
products. Most of our

exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
