I love this desk! I ordered the 71 inch desk with a bamboo top. It is very sturdy and stable. It holds my sewing machine, my overlocker serger, and my coverstitch machine all at the same time. It was easy to put together. It is heavy and took both of us to haul in the boxes. I love the automatic raise/lower capability as I can adjust it for the task I am doing and it goes low enough for my height. Now, I want a sewing cutting table (60 x 40 inches) with auto raise/lower capability.

Great desk, very happy with the quality, especially for the price. Worth the upgrade to the solid bamboo desktop and I like that if I want to expand to a bigger desk in the future I can just buy a new top as the frame is universal. The cable management tray is a must for a nice finished look if you have multiple electronics on your desk.

I have chronic back pain and have been looking for a new chair for years. I've bought $100 waiting room chairs and I've bought $500 ergonomic chairs and nothing worked for me until now. The night using it I actually teared up from joy.
I primarily use it sitting completely upright with the back locked. If I want to be extra upright and forwards I lock the lumbar farthest out. If I want to be more relaxed I'll leave it unlocked or lock it closer to the back. This flexibility is amazing. Also, as someone shorter than average I love being able to lower the seat enough where my feet can touch the ground and the adjustable seat depth also helps.
I recommended it to my brother who was in the market, so he bought one. After my mom sat in mine she loved it so much that I ended up purchasing one for her too.

At the price point, I don't think it can be beat. Assembly was straightforward and everything works on the chair. It sits very comfortably, the heater can get HOT, and the massagers actually do something. I use the heat on the lowest setting and it's good for me. I'd recommend something thicker than a t-shirt because it can feel too hot even on low. The pleather is soft and... pliable? It feels like well-conditioned real leather. Controls are almost self-explanatory with one exception I'll cover below.
Now, they asked for honest feedback on areas where the product could be improved. There are several areas, but all of them combined only lost one star from me so weigh them appropriately:
1. I don't know if this was just my unit or an issue with the model, but the zipper that goes between the back and base of the chair was misaligned to the point that I couldn't seat the zipper and run it and also the zipper was on the wrong way to be useful. You have to squeeze your hand through the base and back and try to run the zipper when you have that access flap right on the back of the chair.
The chair controls are mostly straightforward and intuitive. My complaint is with how you raise the legs. I don't use the lift feature of the recliner, I bought it for the massage and heat. So imagine my confusion when I tried to raise the legs and found that I have to press the down button! The leg raising speed seems pretty slow, maybe a more powerful motor could be used?
The base of the chair should lean back a little when the back reclines, I feel like I'm about to slide off the front with the seat staying flat.
Two remotes and two power outlets? You should consider combining them into one or mounting the motion controls to the outside of an arm. I get that the controller could get a bit crowded but it's kind of annoying to have to switch controllers. Most homes only have 2 jacks in a wall outlet so you need to use a power strip or you won't have space to plug in a lamp for example.
I know this seems like a lot of negatives but they really are just suggestions for improvement. I am overall quite happy with the chair and I would recommend it.

The desk is so good, I bought a 2nd one. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the assembly process can be a bit problematic.
It would be nice if they had a detailed video showing closeups.

Came well packaged and was a breeze to set up. It’s everything I can ask for in a standing desk. I got the 60x30 and definitely appreciate the extra desktop space. The second issue I had was the predrilled holes were very clearly for a different frame, this is likely because the Odin frame is relatively new and whoever manufactured the surface used the wrong drill template. Not a big deal though, I drilled my own pilot holes, was just extra work. The last issue I had was before I ordered the desk I asked if the accessory drawers, the ones that have a drop down of a few inches, would fit with the frame and desktop size I chose would fit. I was told they would. They don't and neither does it allow for enough under the desk area for a monitor mount clamp to be attached. The Odin frame comes within a couple inches of the entire perimeter of the desk. I had to remove the two outer braces that run the length of the desk to install both the monitor arm clamp and a drawer.
That said, even with these issues, the quality is great. I love the desk and am generally happy. I just figured as one of the premium priced flashship desk models, the desk would have been absolutely perfect right off the bat. Read LessRead less about Let me start with saying the quality
We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused. the pre-drilled holes may not align with your frame's holes due to the tabletop is universal and can be paired with different frames. Yet, We would like to advise to us an electric drill to drill new holes on the tabletop that will match the holes of your desk frame. We really appreciate your understanding and patience. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
My only gripe is the finish on the dark bamboo top doesn't look great under direct sunlight. It has a plastic feel too.
