Lifetime Warranty Policy

The FlexiSpot Lifetime Warranty covers material or manufacturing defecting new FlexiSpot products. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and this right is not transferable. Only customers purchase FlexiSpot products from an authorized FlexiSpot retailer or reseller are entitled to this lifetime warranty.

1. What the warranty covers:

• This warranty covers any breakage of or defects in the wooden frame, including the slats. Any breakage must occur while the item is in normal bedroom use. The frame must be assembled correctly. FlexiSpot will repair or replace, at our discretion, damaged or defective items that are covered by this warranty.

2. What the warranty does not cover:

• Normal bowing or arching of the wooden slats which can occur during normal use.
• Damage caused by improper assembly of the bed frame.
• Personal comfort or style preferences.
• Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, stains, or soiling.
• Non-compliance of care instructions or failure to perform any preventive maintenance.
• Preferences for height of bed or fitting of mattress.
• Any squeaking noises made by the bed frame.
• Damage resulting from the relocation of the bed frame within or from the original residential address.
• Replacement of any non-defective pieces of the bed frame. (Only defective pieces will be replaced.)
• Item sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
• Item sold “as is,” “preconditioned,” “reconditioned,” “used,” “comfort return,” “returned,” “previously owned,” or any other similar wording indicating that the item is not “new” or of “first quality,” or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

100-Day Trial & Return Policy

1. Return Policy:

• Our furniture is delivered with a 100-day trial period. Within the 100 days, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the bed frame can be returned for a refund at any time.
• Additionally, the furniture has to be returned in its original packaging and in good condition and picture provided (e.g. all pieces of the bed frame are included, no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Once you send back the product and it’s checked in at our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund.

2. Exceptions:

• Clearance items are final and non-returnable, except for items that are damaged upon arrival.
