Lifetime Warranty Policy
The FlexiSpot Lifetime Warranty covers material or manufacturing
defecting new FlexiSpot products. This warranty applies only to the
original purchaser and this right is not transferable. Only customers
purchase FlexiSpot products from an authorized FlexiSpot retailer or
reseller are entitled to this lifetime warranty.
1. The Following Defects Are Covered:
- Deterioration causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one and one half inches (1.5”) that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base. Normal wear requires that a Mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and any user(s).
- Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to evidence degradation, split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the Mattress cover.
2. This Mattress Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Any Mattress that has had the cover removed for any reason (removing the Mattress cover will void this warranty).
- Any damage to the Mattress due to environmental causes.
- Any Mattress which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or used in violation of instructions, including, without limitation, instructions to place the Mattress on a proper bed frame.
- A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
- Comfort preference.
- Non-compliance with the repair process.
- Defects caused by physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material of the Mattress, including, without limitation, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
- Mattresses sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

365-Night Trial & Return Policy
1. 365-Night Mattress Trial Policy:
- Customers who have purchased a new FlexiSpot mattress either directly from FlexiSpot at contact@flexispot.com or from certain FlexiSpot-authorized retailers are eligible for a 365-Night Mattress Trial Period. Eligible customers may use their new FlexiSpot mattress for its intended purpose (and with a proper base, frame, or foundation) in their normal sleep environment for up to 365 nights while retaining the option to submit a Return Request for the mattress throughout the duration of the mattress trial period. The 365-night product trial period begins on the date of delivery of the mattress.
2. Mattress Return Policy:
- You must submit all required information and documentation requested by our Customer Care team to complete your Return Request within 30 days. If you do not submit all required information and documentation within 30 days, the Return Request is canceled and you will have to re-submit your request to begin the process again.
- The Return Request for an opened mattress can be made no earlier than 30 days after delivery and no later than 365 days after delivery.
- Return Requests for unopened mattresses can be made immediately after delivery, but the charge you will incur will be a transportation costs each way. Mattresses that have not been opened within 90 days of delivery are considered misused and are ineligible for returns and warranty claims.
- For a Return Request to be approved, mattresses must be in a sanitary condition where we can donate them, with no rips, stains, signs of wear and tear, etc.
- For a Return Request to be approved, mattresses must have been used only for their original intended purpose and supported by the use of a proper base, frame, or foundation. Environmental damage (such as mold) due to misuse of the mattress or lack of proper base, frame, or foundation support beneath it voids Return Request eligibility.
3. Exceptions:
- Clearance items are final and non-returnable, except for items that are damaged upon arrival.
