Premium Standing Desk (E7 Pro)

At the price point, I don't think it can be beat. Assembly was straightforward and everything works on the chair. It sits very comfortably, the heater can get HOT, and the massagers actually do something. I use the heat on the lowest setting and it's good for me. I'd recommend something thicker than a t-shirt because it can feel too hot even on low. The pleather is soft and... pliable? It feels like well-conditioned real leather. Controls are almost self-explanatory with one exception I'll cover below.

Now, they asked for honest feedback on areas where the product could be improved. There are several areas, but all of them combined only lost one star from me so weigh them appropriately:
1. I don't know if this was just my unit or an issue with the model, but the zipper that goes between the back and base of the chair was misaligned to the point that I couldn't seat the zipper and run it and also the zipper was on the wrong way to be useful. You have to squeeze your hand through the base and back and try to run the zipper when you have that access flap right on the back of the chair.
The chair controls are mostly straightforward and intuitive. My complaint is with how you raise the legs. I don't use the lift feature of the recliner, I bought it for the massage and heat. So imagine my confusion when I tried to raise the legs and found that I have to press the down button! The leg raising speed seems pretty slow, maybe a more powerful motor could be used?
The base of the chair should lean back a little when the back reclines, I feel like I'm about to slide off the front with the seat staying flat.
Two remotes and two power outlets? You should consider combining them into one or mounting the motion controls to the outside of an arm. I get that the controller could get a bit crowded but it's kind of annoying to have to switch controllers. Most homes only have 2 jacks in a wall outlet so you need to use a power strip or you won't have space to plug in a lamp for example.

I know this seems like a lot of negatives but they really are just suggestions for improvement. I am overall quite happy with the chair and I would recommend it.
