Almost perfect, address the arm rests.

I love this chair, so let me start by saying that. It helps my back so much with adjustable lumbar support, seat depth and height and adjustable tilting features just about everywhere.

e is nothing we can do to change how easily they turn at the smallest shift in pressure, and that's frustrating. Humans shift in seats naturally, so this needs to be engineered better. I ordered softer arm rest covers for the chair since they are pretty hard, but the movement needs work here.
I got the C7 Max Pro, so the most updated engineered one. It's still worth it, but with all of the reviews saying the same thing about the arm rests, you'd have thought there would be improvements and attention here too by now at this cost point. Read Less

I am enjoying this chair

I am enjoying this chair a lot. My only complaint would be there is no adjustment for the tension of the back. I was surprised at this price point that it was not an option.

Easiest office chair assembly I've

Easiest office chair assembly I've ever done. Everything actually fits together. Very comfy too. Only issue I can think of is that the arm rests move easily. Not sure if there is a way to lock them into position. Will have to look into that

Q: I received my C7 Max today and assembled it. My concern with buying an adjustable chair was the settings not sticking. There were no instructions included other than the few pictures used for assembly. My question is how do I keep the seat back up - it falls right back down when I left it. Is there a setting or way to tighten the seat-back height so that the lumbar support is where I need it?

A: The backrest height of the C7 Max is designed to reset to the lowest position when pulled all the way to the top. If you adjust the backrest height to one of the middle positions, it will remain at that height even when you leave the chair. It seems you may have pulled the backrest height to the highest position, causing it to reset. To resolve this, please adjust the backrest height step by step to one of the intermediate positions that suit your preference.
