The FlexiSpot Lifetime Warranty covers material or manufacturing
defecting new FlexiSpot products. This warranty applies only to the
original purchaser and this right is not transferable. Only customers
purchase FlexiSpot products from an authorized FlexiSpot retailer or
reseller are entitled to this lifetime warranty.

- This warranty covers any breakage or any defects in materials or workmanship. Any damage must occur while the product is in normal use. FlexiSpot will repair or replace, in our discretion, damaged or defective products that are covered by this warranty.

2. What the warranty does not cover:
- This warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the product in transit; damage caused by modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product; physical abuse of the product including but not limited to burns, cuts, or stains; damage caused by a natural disaster or other catastrophe such as flood or fire; damage resulting from negligence; normal wear and tear; small cracks, dents, or stains that do not affect the functionality of the product; or a change of mind. This warranty does not cover products purchased or used in hospitality, home rental, or other business use cases.

100-Trial & Return Policy

1. Return Policy:
- Our furniture is delivered with a 100-day trial period. Within the 100 days, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the furniture can be returned for a refund at any time.
- Additionally, the furniture has to be returned in its original packaging and in good condition and picture provided (e.g. all pieces of the bed frame are included, no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Once you send back the product and it’s checked in at our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund.

- Clearance items are final and non-returnable, except for items that are damaged upon arrival.
