I have chronic back pain and have been looking for a new chair for years. I've bought $100 waiting room chairs and I've bought $500 ergonomic chairs and nothing worked for me until now. The night using it I actually teared up from joy.
I primarily use it sitting completely upright with the back locked. If I want to be extra upright and forwards I lock the lumbar farthest out. If I want to be more relaxed I'll leave it unlocked or lock it closer to the back. This flexibility is amazing. Also, as someone shorter than average I love being able to lower the seat enough where my feet can touch the ground and the adjustable seat depth also helps.
I recommended it to my brother who was in the market, so he bought one. After my mom sat in mine she loved it so much that I ended up purchasing one for her too.

The Premium Ergonomic Office Chair (C7) is a hit! It took very little time to put together. The chair is very comfortable for a person 6 foot tall. It took a while to figure out all the adjustments after it was configured the way I like it I am able to work for long periods of time and comfort.

Love this chair so far! Easy to put together and fits my need for a chair that’s not huge and has a minimal visual footprint. Very comfortable and I really like the feature where you can lock/unlock the recline. And while at first I thought I wouldn’t use the coat hanger on the back, it turns out that I LOVE it to hang my purse and/or cardigan, nice pleasant surprise there! My husband loved sitting in my chair so much that I bought him one too! Really great office chair.

The chair is a fairly easy to put together. It is comfortable - much more comfortable than my previous padded seat office chair. It has multiple points of adjustment. I can also lower the arm rests below my desktop surface to avoid interference. Please note that I did replace the casters in my photographs with "rollerblade style" casters from another manufacturer. The included casters are presumably fine, but I wanted to try an upgrade to benefit my hardwood floor.

Looks great, works really well so far, I love the USB plug in the touch panel where I can charge my headphones or phone, and it’s really quiet! The whole desk itself is quite heavy, but it feels really sturdy and works really well.

I am 6’4, 240lbs and this chair is ALMOST perfect. I have owned and tried a lot of chairs looking for the perfect combo based on my height and comfort, and this chair comes closer than most. I love the 4d arm rests, back support, and the different ways you can adjust the headrest. The only thing I do not like about this chair is that if you are sitting with your back straight and butt towards the back there is a gap between the back of the seat that your butt/tailbone sort of hang over. Most chairs have a seat adjustment where you can slide the seat forward or backwards, or at least multiple screw holes underneath so you can move the seat, however, unless I am missing something this one does not. If I could slide the seat back a few inches so the backrest was closer to the seat, this would be the perfect chair.

Love the chair just wish it fit more to my height of 4"11" I am pretty on the short size so my feet don't completely land flat to the ground even with the level all the way down but luckily I had already a feet rest for that problem. The cusion seat is pretty comfortable but sure is a magnet to my cat's hair's and claws but the chair features are pretty sweet. That back support does help&foot rest does it's job when I play video games or just read a book as I slide down the chair.
