Almost perfect

I really like this desk. The build is easy, it's stable, my keyboard fit perfectly and so one. The only change I wish it had was the top shelf had an offset with the main desk or it was a 3 u rack mount over a 2. The reason for this is you cannot clamp anything onto the top due to it being to low for the clamp to fit.

ttle difficulty with the rack hardware but I managed to make it all work. The only, and I mean only, gripe I have with this desk is the lack of height adjustment for the keyboard tray. While I do stand, I also sit when producing and when I pull out the keyboard tray it’s scraping the top of my legs. As a result I have to lower my chair which puts me in a non-ergonomic position. I contacted Flexi and their credit, the replied quickly through their chat and after some back and forth, they broke the news to me that there was no way to modify the keyboard height.

While I appreciate the generous space, my MIDI keyboard is not tall, so that unused space would’ve been great to create room for my legs.

Aside from that issue, I love this desk. It’s fantastic. Read Less

Dimensions are no good

The opening for the keyboard is so large that there is no place for my legs when the desk is in a sitting position. I am hiring someone to fix it and it will probably be a couple hundred dollars.

Q: I recently asked for total width dimensions, and I believe the answer I received was depth dimensions. The pictures show that the desk surface is 60.5" wide, but how much width do the two outside boards add? Similarly, how wide is the measurement from the outside of the left foot to the outside of the right foot?

Q: What is the outside width of the desk? Both at the feet and the desktop? Trying to tell if it will fit in a cubby between two walls in my office and need to make sure it won't interfere with the walls at the top or the baseboard at the bottom.

Q: Does it come in white and is there a professional furniture assembler available in order to avoid the problem that your reviewer had. . I need the design. No music but a need for a large keyboard space so that I can write and keep notes to the left and right of the keyboard and a shelf in order to minimize the width in a tight space. 21" to 24" width would be ideal. 41" to 48" length with adjustable height so that I can sit or stand. an 8 hour /day workspace. Alot of note taking with two screens. Any other suggestions? Do you have a phone contact? Would prefer to have this conversation over the phone.
