The first ten (10) customers with order submissions (and successful payments made) after the specified time below can qualify for a free order.

The customer will receive their orders for free via a payment refund. The maximum value of the free order is limited to $1000. (If a customer spends more than $1000, the portion of the order amount exceeding $1000 will be excluded from the free order refund.)

The order time should be after 21:00:00 pm PST on February 4th, 2024, or after 9:00:00 am PST on February 19th, 2024.

The first ten (10) payments will get the Free Order(sorted by payment time).

The maximum value of the free order is limited to $1000. (If a customer spends more than $1000, the portion of the order amount exceeding $1000 will be excluded from the free order refund.)

Limited to One Per Customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to receive only one promotional reward during the entire Promotion Period subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. If a customer qualifies to receive more than one promotional reward, the customer will receive the reward that occurred first.

Non-Transferable: The promotional rewards are not transferable or assignable.

The promotion is valid only after 21:00:00 pm PST on February 4th 2024 or after 9:00:00 am PST on February 19th, 2024. Customers must place their orders after this time to be eligible for the free order. Any of those orders that do not result in successful payments in full after 21:00:00 pm PST onFebruary 4th 2024 or cancel the order in the next 30 days, will be disqualified

Refunds and Maximum Promotional Rewards: Any order that is refunded will be disqualified from the promotion. Moreover, the maximum free order amount per eligible promotion recipient is capped at $1000.

Disqualification for Fraudulent Activities: Customers found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the promotion using technical means will be disqualified and banned from all future FlexiSpot promotional activities.

Taxes: Each Free Order recipient is wholly responsible for any resulting federal, state, or local sales, income, or other taxes.

Liability Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless: Each Free Order recipient releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless FlexiSpot and all related individuals and entities, including FlexiSpot's agents and independent contractors, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind sustained in connection with participation in the promotion and the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of their promotional reward.

Modification: To the full extent authorized by law, FlexiSpot retains the right to refine the promotion rules. FlexiSpot will strive to resolve disputes through negotiation but will maintain final interpretative authority.

Eligible Customers: Subject to the terms and conditions outlined above, the promotion is available to residents of United States, 18 years of age or older as of January 1st, 2024, except for employees of FlexiSpot and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
