- GRAB FREE ORDER, CASHBACK DISCOUNT, AND FREE GIFT PROMOTION FLEXISPOT, INC. (“FLEXISPOT”)
- The Grab Free Order, Cashback Discount, and Free Gift promotion is available to the first fifty (50) customers who submit their orders online at www.flexispot.com after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023, during the Promotion Period. An order will be deemed submitted upon FlexiSpot’s receipt of the order. Any of those orders that do not result in successful payments in full after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023, will be disqualified.
- The fifty Free Order, Cashback Discount, and Free Gift recipients will be determined based on the sequence of each customer’s order submission after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023, during the Promotion Period.
- Free Order: The first five (5) customers with order submissions (and successful payments made) after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023, will receive their orders for free via a payment refund. The maximum value of the free order is limited to $800. (If a customer buys more than $800 then the order amount exceeding $800 will be excluded from the free order refund).
- 50% Cashback: The next ten (10) customers with order submissions (and successful payments made) after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023, will each receive a 50% cashback refund on the first $800 of their order. (If a customer purchases more than $800 in products then the cashback refund will only be applied to the first $800).
- 20% Cashback: The next fifteen (15) customers with order submissions (and successful payments made) after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023, will each receive a 20% cashback refund on the first $800 of their order. (If a customer purchases more than $800 in products then the cashback refund will only be applied to the first $800).
- Free Gift: The next twenty (20) customers with order submissions (and successful payments made) after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023, will each receive a free gift of a FlexiSpot product.
- Recipient Notification: All Free Order, Cashback Discount, and Free Gift recipients will be notified via email, and their names will be announced on our Instagram on December 26th, 2023. We recommend checking your email inbox and our official pages to see if you are one of the recipients of the promotion.
- Additional Terms and Conditions:
- 1. Limited to One Per Customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to receive only one promotional reward during the entire Promotion Period subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. If a customer qualifies to receive more than one promotional reward, the customer will receive the reward that occurred first.
- 2. Non-Transferable: The promotional rewards are not transferable or assignable.
- 3. Promotion Timing: The promotion is valid only after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023. Customers must place their orders after this time to be eligible for the free order or other promotional rewards. Any of those orders that do not result in successful payments in full after 21:00:00 PST on December 10th, 2023 or cancel the order in the next 30 days, will be disqualified.
- 4. Refunds and Maximum Promotional Rewards: Any order that is refunded will be disqualified from the promotion. Moreover, the maximum free order amount per eligible promotion recipient is capped at $800 USD, the maximum 50% Cashback discount amount per eligible promotion recipient is capped at $400 USD, and the maximum 20% Cashback discount amount per eligible promotion recipient is capped at $160 USD.
- 5. Disqualification for Fraudulent Activities: Customers found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the promotion using technical means will be disqualified and banned from all future FlexiSpot promotional activities.
- 6. Disclaimer: FlexiSpot is not responsible for any problems caused in whole or part by technical issues, including but not limited to with respect to internet service, servers, hardware, software, or web pages, and also including but not limited to lost, delayed, or corrupted data transmitted or attempted to be transmitted by participants.
- 7. Taxes: Each Free Order, Cashback Discount, and Free Gift recipient is wholly responsible for any resulting federal, state, or local sales, income, or other taxes.
- 8. Liability Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless: Each Free Order, Cashback Discount, and Free Gift recipient releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless FlexiSpot and all related individuals and entities, including FlexiSpot’s agents and independent contractors, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind sustained in connection with participation in the promotion and the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of their promotional reward.
- 9. Modification: To the full extent authorized by law, FlexiSpot retains the right to refine the promotion rules. FlexiSpot will strive to resolve disputes through negotiation but will maintain final interpretative authority.
- 10. Eligible Customers: Subject to the terms and conditions outlined above, the promotion is available to residents of the 50 States and D.C., 18 years of age or older as of December 10th, 2023, except for employees of FlexiSpot and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
