Return & Exchange Policy for Pergola

1. Free Cancellation

• Within 48 hours and before shipment: If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and the product has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

2. Refund Timeline

• Within 100 days of delivery: You can request a return and refund within 100 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and does not affect resale.
• RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from FlexiSpot's Customer Service Department (contact@flexispot.com). No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA.

3. Return Fees

• Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. FlexiSpot does not cover any shipping fees incurred due to returns.
• Restocking Fee: In addition to the return shipping cost, customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

4. Return Requirements

• Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If the item is not returned in the required condition, additional fees may be charged, which may affect the refund amount.
• Disassembly Requirements: If the returned item is a large or disassembled product, it must be reassembled as originally delivered, with all parts intact and undamaged.

5. Exchange and Return Processing Time

• If you request an exchange, a new item will be shipped after the return product is received and processed, depending on stock availability. If you request a return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 days after the returned product is inspected, with shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee deducted.

6. Defective Products

• Free Replacement: If a product is defective within 100 days, you can request a free replacement. After 100 days, returns and exchanges will be processed according to our warranty policy.
• Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to a defective product, FlexiSpot will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Non-returnable Item
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or special order items.
• Items that have been used or cannot be restored to their original condition.

8. Special Circumstances

• Delayed Processing: In exceptional cases (such as weather, holidays, or force majeure), return and exchange processing may be delayed. We will do our best to communicate with customers and provide the best possible solution.

1. Warranty Period

• Structural Support: Including cross arms, square crossbars, rollers, and other supporting parts, the warranty period is 10 years.
• Frame Coating (Paint Finish): The coating warranty period is 5 years, covering issues such as peeling, bubbling, or flaking of the coating.
• Gear Mechanism (Manual Mode): The gear mechanism warranty period is 5 years, covering gear mechanism failures.
• Motor (Electric Mode): The motor warranty period is 5 years, covering motor failures.
• Shading Accessories: The shading accessories warranty period is 5 years, covering failures under normal usage conditions.

2. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

• Natural Disasters: Such as fire, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
• Customer Negligence or Improper Use: Including failure to follow installation instructions or damages caused during use.
• Improper Installation or Storage: For example, incorrect installation or improper storage methods.
• Excessive Load: For example, placing excessive weight on the Pergola structure beyond its rated capacity.
• Alterations or Modifications: Unauthorized changes to the product or repairs made without prior approval.
• External Factors: Such as storms, fire, smoke, or other force majeure events.

3. Warranty Process

• Repair/Replacement: If the product is found to have a defect after inspection, FlexiSpot will, at its discretion, offer repair, replacement, or a refund. The specific course of action will be determined by FlexiSpot.
• Replacement Product: If the same product is no longer available, FlexiSpot will provide a replacement of equal value to the original product purchased, ensuring a fair resolution for the customer.

4. Effective Date of Warranty
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for the duration of the warranty period. Please note that any repairs, replacements, or refunds during the warranty period do not extend the original warranty period.
