Returns And Refunds

All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. Buyer is responsible for cost of return freight, and product must be returned in AS NEW condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee plus the return freight charges may be charged.

All of our items come with a 1-years manufacturer’s warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.

Customers who have issues with the product should initially either call us or submit a ticket with our customer service team through your online account.

Warranty Repairs

Any failure from normal usage will be repaired free of charge and we will return the product to you directly at our cost. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, repairs and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30 day risk free period.

Item Damaged in Transit

Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced under our Risk Free 30-Day Guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

Shipping Policy

We ship to 48 states in The U.S. via FedEx for free. If you’re shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will be charged the FedEx posted rate. For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, please give us a call at (855)421-2808. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary.
