Very impressed. What is nice about it is that:
    1) It is sturdy
    2) Very easy to adjust
    3) Can adjust screen height independent of platform height as well as rotate, and tilt. You will appreciate this for improved ergonomics.

I purchased a couple of them for myself and another coworker. We both love the item. I’m going to bullet the items I like about the product.

  3. 5 out of 5

    * The large stabilizer bar that is included is more than enough for supporting the item.
    * Having the monitor arms is nice due to the fact the monitors don’t take up workspace.
    * The riser is easy to raise and lower.
    * The mouse is next to the keyboard rather than behind the keyboard.
At this time, I have nothing negative to say about this product.

I really like how sturdy this dual monitor sit-stand desk is and how easy it is to adjust the height. the only suggestions I could give to the manufacturer for future improvements is that with “dual” monitors, the light that the monitors give off is much more intense in comparison to only having one monitor, therefore, I think the table base should be at least 4″ longer in depth – the monitors are too close to my eyes with it as it is now. I plan to add an extension to mine.

I work in an office and up until recently, my day consisted of sitting at my desk, working on my computer. I started looking for a “standing desk” after I heard someone say sitting was worse for you than smoking! I was worried that this Sit-Stand Converter would not be good quality since it was a relatively inexpensive item compared to some of the other products that allowed you to stand at your desk. The reviews were all positive, so I ordered it.

  6. 5 out of 5

The only reason for not giving five stars is because the knob to “lock” the unit in the stand up position is made of plastic. I raise and lower the desk several times a day. The knob is sturdy enough for now, but I’m not sure how long it will take to wear down after multiples uses. I’ll post again in a few months.

This is suited my needs great – I wanted a stand up desk with two monitors that I could easily switch between standing and sitting.

Quickly switches between sitting and standing. There are two adjustments, one for the monitors and one for the keyboard platform. (The monitors also move with the keyboard platform, so I guess you could say the monitor assembly is attached to the keyboard platform)

This system changed my working life. Now I exercise and work and the same time.
This system is cheaper and just as effective as buying a desk that goes up and down.

  9. 5 out of 5

After 10 years of working in an office setting, I have started noticing the stress being put on my back/spine from excessive sitting. I decided to take a chance on this because you don’t mess around when it comes to your back or your health.

  10. 5 out of 5

It is extremely well made and easy to use. Nothing cheap or cheesy about the manufactured construction of this product. No electric components. It has pistons in the neck that allow everything to glide easily up and down. I am a woman over 65 and I put it together myself in about a half an hour or so. Completely assembled it weighs 40 lbs, plus whatever the monitor weighs, so if you are small you probably should ask someone to help you lift it. Then I had to move my tower and peripherals around a bit so that the cables for the tower, monitor, webcam, keyboard, separate sound system, etc. would not be constricted at all in the up and down movement. That took a while but my office got tidier.

  11. 5 out of 5

    – Easy assembly
    – Sturdy base plate & piston tower
    – Clean look
    – Quickly change from seated to standing

Fairly good sit stand desk. Only issue is slight wobble when fully extended up. Comes with a “kick stand” and a hole at the bottom of the board. Probably should be two. If you don’t lean on your keyboard much it makes a perfect stand.

  13. 5 out of 5

Last thing I’ll advise as you compare products: notice that there are a lot of sit-stands where the model in the photo or video is positioned in frightfully anti-ergonomic ways. Really pay attention to the positions of their arms and eyes relative to the keyboard and monitor. Many of these products are just not designed well!

  14. 5 out of 5

Great sit-stand desk! Design is the perfect size for my not-so-large desk, and the materials are very high quality. The entire base is made of heavy metal which gives the unit the stability it needs to hold my dual monitors. Plenty of room for my keyboard, mouse pad and mouse, as well as some much needed items (calculator, cellphone) that I like to keep close at hand.

  15. 5 out of 5

I’m very happy (mostly). I love the ability to adjust the space between the keyboard and the monitors, how large the keyboard/mouse working surface is, and how easy it is to move from sitting to standing; it was easy to set up too.

  16. 5 out of 5

Very simple to operate and it functions really well. The surface that the keyboard and mouse sit on is 1″ above my actual desk surface when in the full down position. This does not cause any discomfort when operating my keyboard or mouse in this position, plus I have several inches of actual desk surface in front of it for elbow leaning etc. It is neither attractive or unattractive, I guess, but it does have that high quality look and fits into the décor of my office nicely. It is black like my computer parts and my furniture is oak. Looks good.

  17. 5 out of 5

I’m pretty happy with this after using for a month. I use it in the “up” position 95% of the time. I have my laptop on a docking station centered on it, so I actually have three screens going which is really nice – my colleagues joke that it’s my “command center.” The two things keeping me from giving it 5 stars – you feel REALLY close to the screens because the desk is shallower than a normal desktop.

  18. 5 out of 5

There are other models that are less expensive for folks who don’t need to mount a monitor, like laptop users, but if I was using a laptop and wanted to stand, I would probably just set it on a kitchen bar or on a box. I don’t think I would buy a standing desk. Watching the comparison video convinced me that I wanted to be able to adjust the height of my monitor as well as the desk surface. Also, having a loose monitor just standing on a flat surface didn’t seem so safe, so I chose this one. The monitor is secure and can’t fall.

As soon as it arrived, my boss started putting it together and the two of us had it ready for me to use within about 30 minutes. He was also surprised at how sturdy this product is. I have two desks at work and love that I now have the option to sit or stand. But since the day this Sit-Stand Converter arrived, I have chosen to stand when I’m using my computer. 🙂

  20. 5 out of 5

But, I’m 5.5 and find that at the height that works for me, I can’t use the two metal supports provided for the front end of the desk, because they don’t adjust low enough, so I get a bit of wobble when typing. I can’t figure out how to contact the company to ask if they have smaller length supports. It would also be nicer if the supports were actually hinged to the tray table and could fold under it when not in use, so that you know where they are at all times, and don’t have them rolling around on your normal desk surface, for example when using the desk in sitting mode.

  21. 5 out of 5

So far that hasn’t caused me any noticeable eye strain issues, but if that is something that would bother you take that under consideration. Also the unit comes with two adjustable “leg” props. I understand they are totally supplemental, but they are quite cheap compared to the cost and quality of the rest of the unit.

  22. 5 out of 5

It’s a small price to pay for the ability to stand while working. My back thanks me everyday!

  23. 5 out of 5

The table top area is big enough to set my mouse, keyboard and to keep a few items on as well as paperwork that I am working on- although I have to tuck the bottom of the paper under my keyboard in order to lay it flat- or I have to use a stand. I have a cubicle area and this fit nicely in the corner- but I recommend measuring your space before ordering. I have no hesitation about giving this a five star rating.

  24. 5 out of 5

I use this every day, many people walking past, now stop in to see what it is. I like how the pads on the bottom allow me to slide it back and forth easily. The extendable support bar helps, but does not allow for leaning on it, which is also great!
Highly reccomended, at least once a week with the many new visitors that pass thru.

I asked my employers for a stand up desk rather than a cash bonus and they remembered! It has been the best ‘bonus” I have ever received and I am very glad I picked this particular model. It was simple to assemble- plus the manufacturer provides a link to the video showing the assembly steps, which was extremely helpful. It raises and lowers very easily and it can be set precisely at my preferred height based on the shoes I am wearing on a particular day.

I am happy with this purchase and don’t regret the expenditure. There are videos available on YouTube to help you decide what is right for you.

  27. 5 out of 5

This Sit/Stand desk is fantastic. I love the fact that the desk top and monitor have various height adjustments. My only complaint is the the desktop stabilizers fully compressed are 10″, my desktop when standing is only 6.5″ from my real desk. I can’t use the stabilizers.I sent a message to Victor Tech to see if shorter ones are available and I’m waiting to hear back.
The unit was very easy to set up.

  28. 5 out of 5

I highly recommend getting a soft mat to stand on as it takes a lot of pressure off knees and back. I have been using this desk since January and I really don’t think I could be happier with the product. I am very glad I chose this model because of the ability to raise and lower the monitors. When standing they definitely need to be higher than just setting on the desk top area- I adjust them several inches higher each time I raise the desk and then lower them when I return to a seated position.

  29. 5 out of 5

I have been using this stand up desk for 1 month now. It is a very good product. The platform is a bit wobbly, but they include a brace that you can use and I have found that to be useful. I have truly enjoyed this product and I would warmly recommend it to anyone that is thinking about retro-fitting their desk.

  30. 5 out of 5

I’m a big fan of this desk. After having anterior pelvic drift for too long, and finally deciding to do something about it, this seemed like the most logical solution.

There are tremendous benefits to not sitting on a chair 8 hours a day, something we definitely did not evolve to do. Benefits of standing include increased blood circulation, metabolism, and weight loss. Not to mention stronger lower body.

  31. 5 out of 5

I purchased this at my work back when these sit-stand setups were just emerging. Now there’s a lot more competition–and, happily, a lot more choice. For my home office, I chose this because of the independent adjustment for both monitor and keyboard, but there are other features that really please me as well: a) small footprint on my desk, b) really easy assembly, c) space on the work area to use my MacAir laptop instead of an external keyboard (not the case with some of the designs out there), d) and therefore, the ability to use TWO monitors (the laptop’s and the larger display).

  32. 5 out of 5

Also, I would like to be able to get more of a inwards-outwards tilt on the dual monitors. I often don’t stand completely center-middle in front of the keyboard tray to type, as I need room for the mouse on my right; the viewing angle on the right-hand monitor would be better if I could tilt it inwards more. No matter how far I slide it out on its support, the monitor hits the back of the stand and I can’t create a deep enough viewing angle.

  33. 5 out of 5

    1. I am 6′ 5″ and at it’s highest setting it is perfect for me.
    2. The hydraulic system which converts from sitting to standing and visa versa is smooth and effortless.
    3. There is a slight bounce when typing, but the addition of the tension supports is a great idea and solves that problem.
    4. For the most part, very easy to set up.
    5. It allows for vertical and lateral monitor tilting, which several more expensive competitors did not have.
    6. Keyboard tray is nice and large and is now holding my keyboard, mouse with mouse pad, a picture frame, rubber band and paperclip holders, post its all over the place, etc..
    7. It is a solid piece of furniture that does not feel flimsy at all.

  34. 5 out of 5

I bought this because I sit way too much at my computer and we all know this can be extremely detrimental to your health.
Three days into using my new standing desk. Here are my thoughts.

  35. 5 out of 5

This was the absolute best purchase I have ever made. I have MAJOR lower back issues and it literally has made my chronic back issues 95% better. Very nice quality too !

  36. 5 out of 5

There is the slightest flexing of the desktop surface in the up position which I do not find to be a problem as it is very minor, but for those who want a rock-steady surface there is an adjustable stabilizer bar included that is similar to a mini shower curtain bar, that you can easily add and remove to prop up the desk surface. I don’t know that I will feel the need for that, but if I do it is there.

  37. 5 out of 5

The product comes with two “legs” that are not show in the picture to help make the keyboard more sturdy when standing. I find that these are helpful even though they look like they wouldn’t do much. For me using them keeps the wobble factor to minimum when typing. I have found that I stand up more that I sit since I’ve had this for over a month. When I do sit, it is very easy to change the position down and back up again. I also put a small sticker on the part that goes up and down to mark the standing height which makes it a quick reset to standing after sitting – no need to measure my position before locking in. There is plenty of space between the keyboard and the back of the platform to hold my computer speakers, a couple nick-nacks, my coffee and papers I might be working from. Overall I am glad I bought this, the only thing I wish it had was an extension off to the side for writing!

I have been looking at standing desks for several months now and couldn’t make a decision. I didn’t want to spend a lot and then find I hated the item. I tested the VariDesk and decided it was too bulky and the height adjustment was limited to the predetermined levels. After reading reviews of many others I decided on this one even though I was a bit skeptical not knowing how sturdy it was. I was afraid it would topple over, but I am pleasantly surprised that the base is very heavy and does not feel top heavy when I am standing.

  39. 5 out of 5

I would highly recommend this for anyone that wants to get off their cadunk and hopefully avoid the forming of blood clots. I hope they stock some more because we are coming for them!

  40. 5 out of 5

Assembly is pretty straight forward. All of the components are sturdy and well machined/manufactured. It does help to have two people for some of the initial assembly, but most of it can be done by one person in less than an hour.

The height at which the monitors are mounted on the fixed position can be changed, which I initially didn’t realize. I found that lowering them to the lowest position was ideal for my height (5’9″). Movement up and down works well. I use the stabilizers included with the mount for a more secure feel, but it’s pretty sturdy even without them. Enough space for mouse, keyboard, and a whole bunch of papers.

I was very skeptical as this desk converter only had one review. I went ahead an purchased it due to it being Prime eligible and I know that since it was fulfilled by Amazon that I wouldn’t have any issues returning it. I now have no interest in returning it and just about everyone in my office wants one. This is an amazing alternative to forking out $1,500 on a full sized desk.

I am giving this five stars overall as this desk conversions has exceeded my expectations, but that is not to say there could be some improvements:

Great stand, easy to set up and worked flawlessly. I opted for this model because the keyboard platform and monitor height can be adjusted independently. I’m 6’1″ and the highest position is exactly right for me (top of monitor at eye level). After years of sitting while working, I can feel my back getting stronger and healthier already.

  43. 5 out of 5

    Relatively easy to install
    Holds the monitors steady
Comes with most of the tools required for installation (it, understandably, does not come with a drill or bits)

  44. 5 out of 5

Differently a good purchase. Loved it and easy to use and also a very quality product

  45. 5 out of 5

Seems well built – easy to put together and held up my two large monitors. It took a bit to balance and get the stand to not tip but it looks sharp and does what I need it too.

  46. 5 out of 5

Works better than expected. Perfect for what we were needing at work!!

  47. 5 out of 5

Works great, just wish there was a way to adjust the height of each monitor so different monitor brands could line up better.

  48. 5 out of 5

Great stand. It held my 27″ iMac

  49. 5 out of 5

This is exactly what we needed. Easy set up. Could use as is but like that there is more permanent hardware included. Love the ability to swivel. Thanks!!

Excellent product! Very sturdy and easy to assemble and set up. Would definitely recommend this product. I am using with two different sized monitors and it’s perfect.

Nice setup, easy to put together, pretty clear instructions, no real issues! I like it a lot and has made my desk a lot easier to manage! Would recommend!

  53. 5 out of 5

One main reason i chose this one was because it had same day delivery and i needed it done tonight. I waited until 8 :30 pm. No instructions included.!Some screws loose, some in separated bag compartments and tools included.. but the reason it became an issue.. no main screw and three side screws to mount pole to base or like i needed…to the desk with a hole. basically it will not stand at all. Now trying to find at least a screw to temporarily hold center to desk.be ready to find your own screws.

  54. 5 out of 5

Exactly what I was looking for! With this stand I am able to have both of my 144 hertz,1080p monitors positioned exactly how i want them. Setup was quick and easy and frees up space by eliminating the need for two monitor stands. At first it did feel as though the stand would tip over but I have complete faith that my monitors are safe. I highly recommend this stand for any dual monitor setup.

  55. 5 out of 5

Great product…had a defective screw, sent email, they had the part in the mail by the end of the day! I could tell the difference in my neck the very first day!

  56. 5 out of 5

Great stand. Easy to put together, I use it mostly when working from home.

  57. 5 out of 5

Works great, a must have for dual monitors.

  58. 5 out of 5

Beautiful! Stand does not hold 24″ monitors securely unless it is through bolted onto desk. Through bolt kit comes with item.

  59. 5 out of 5

Good dual monitor stand. The base could be a little bigger to accommodate the top heaviness of 2 24″ monitors.

  60. 5 out of 5

Nice stand, but it is a balancing act to adjust so the monitors don’t fall face forward. I have two 22″ Acer monitors. Could use a larger base.
