Set up was simple, but side to side was an issue for installation. I pivioted the deskmount to “fit” my requirements. No mounting help to get the monitors to fit so you need to have some mechanical skills. Not as simple as the advertising would lead to believe. But, I got the mounts to work.

I have two 24″ LCD TV’s as monitors and this holds them great! Mobility of the arms is awesome and I have not had any problems with positioning them exactly how I want. The arms have stayed in place too and not drifted down like some reviews have said. Packaging is very professional and installation was a breeze with the instructions. I would buy this product again and highly recommend it!

Very nice, heavy duty mechanisms. Holds my 2 – 23″ monitors with no issues. Mounting hardware is heavy duty and easy to install.

During the hour or so it took me to install this mount, I was surprised to see so much attention to detail. Everything fit together perfectly and my two 24″ monitors are held with mechanical devotion.

got the item for my office use. Built quality is good, excellent in package, but the adjustable tension design on the monitor arms can be improved.

The only issue with these is the user. They hold steady and securely, but it can be a bit of a bear if you HAVE to have them perfectly lined up. But it’s easy to get them reasonably lined up. Installation through the desk is easy. The whole process took about 40 minutes. And it actually looks nicer than it does in the picture here. I’ve used three different monitor stands now, and this is easily the best of them. One thing I would change if I could: the base where the two arms come out is a nice size and leaves lots of the desk free. But having the two arms come from one base limits the amount of movement you can get out of them. It’s not a big deal, but if you’re looking for an enormous range of motion, you can’t quite get it here since they radiate from the same point. But for me that’s not really an issue.
